As a Human Resources at Tech Mahindra, I oversee the end-to-end HR activities for a large and diverse IT workforce, ensuring that they are aligned with the company\'s vision, values, and goals. I partner with senior leaders, managers, and employees to provide strategic and operational support on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. I have more than five years of experience in the HR domain of IT technology, previously working as a Human Resources Specialist at HCL Technologies, where I built and maintained strong and good relationships with clients and worked hard towards fulfilling their expectations and requirements. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola College, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stella Maris College. I have also earned the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification, demonstrating my proficiency in using the LinkedIn platform to source, engage, and hire top talent. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, and have a keen interest in learning new languages and cultures.
