ABOUT ROSHINI BAHAL SHRADHA

I spent the first part of my career working in the Textiles Industry. I discovered my love for training 10 years into my work life. This passion has just grown over the years. I currently Head Learning at Shradha HRD which has training operations across India. Our clients include Fortune 500 Companies from around the Globe. Over the last 20 years, I have grown with Shradha HRD. Having worked on Learning Interventions with over 200 organisations from varied sectors.allows us to bring best practices into the learning process. At Shradha HRD, we are 90% women dominated. Sharing our insights through structured learning journeys, mentoring women leaders, and supporting women to achieve their innate potential is an area we do much work in. It brings me great joy personally. Creating learning interventions for complex situations excites me the most. It means working with different stakeholders to understand needs, ideate, optimally design the intervention to deliver results & then watch the entire process come to life. I am fortunate to be a part of this creative cycle with so many different clients with such diverse needs. Another aspect of work that I found immensely gratifying is mentoring trainers. Over 300 trainers, at different career stages have worked with us, over the years. Being able to guide and nurture facilitators deliver meaningful is wonderful. I am a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and am very fond of Indian Classical music. My idea of a relaxing day is to read. I am a student of Advait Vedanta, and a great believer in the power of the SELF
