   Selected by the CEO to represent one of the self-storage industry\'s top property management software solution providers, and to oversee the Account Management and Product Operations activities for the POS/CRM software initiatives for the Self Storage industry. Facilitated ~15 initiatives not limited to road-mapping the POS/CRM platform, enabling contact-less experience, developing mobile/tablet-based products, and Business Intelligence/Analytics (e.g, Qlik, PowerBI). • Facilitated the successful passing of audits pertaining to Information Security (API/Application Security), PCI (Credit Card), and SOC I & II Reporting (for Publicly Traded Companies Relying on 3rd Party Solutions Providers). • Achieved a record 30% increase in recurring revenue as per the latest reported annual revenues, incurred from services not limited to SaaS, customer support, credit card processing fees, software customization services, and etc. • Collaborating on account management activities for 30+ key accounts (25-200 stores/acct, 1500+ stores total), and facilitating cross-functional collaboration amongst client stakeholders (incl. C-suite), 3rd party vendors for integrations (e.g, payment providers, website developers, insurance), and business partners (e.g, Microsoft). • Facilitated Dev(Sec)Ops initiatives amongst 40 team members under the umbrella of Systems Administrators, Product Architects, Software Development Leads, QA Engineering Leads, and Microsoft Vendor Partners. The initiatives consist of implementing the best of the breed-of-breed tools and methodologies for Cloud Systems monitoring (performance and uptime through Site 24x7), Stress Testing (JMETER API Load Testing), Application Performance Monitoring, Code Profiling (e.g, miniprofiler), Infrastructure/Application Optimization, and Application Security (as per NIST and OWASP standards), to make the SSM application suite secure and scalable for multi-facility operators and REITs with up to facilities.
