ABOUT ROSHAN MISHRA

I am a passionate HR enthusiast with a major in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). I have recently joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as an HR Business Partner at the Pithampur plant, Indore, and am excited to contribute meaningfully to the organization\'s people strategy and growth journey.During my SIP, I conducted an \"Organizational Employee Climate survey\" to assess workplace satisfaction, engagement, and motivation at OPGC. Analyzed data using IBM SPSS, identifying key performance drivers and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.Previously I worked as a mechanical maintenance engineer with three years of experience at J K Paper Limited and MRF Tyres Limited, I have gained expertise in various areas. I spent six months working in the New & Old Chipper House and two years in the ClO2 & Chemical Plant in the Pulp Mill department. My skills include supervising the maintenance of conveyor belts, gearboxes, and pumps. I am also proficient in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM), ISO documentation, and inventory management. With this background, I am well-equipped to handle mechanical maintenance responsibilities in industrial settings.
