At DSM-Firmenich, I play a pivotal role in strategic sourcing and indirect procurement. As part of the D&T Procurement team, I led the SAP Ariba and SAP ECC integration, ensuring optimized procurement solutions. One key accomplishment was leading the global transition from SAP SRM to SAP Ariba for indirect procurement, covering the Biomedical division and a successful rollout across 70+ sites. I oversaw the complete implementation lifecycle, from business requirements to CIG configuration, ECC integration, UAT, and go-live support. I worked with stakeholders to ensure local compliance, including India tax, and automated purchase orders through Business Network for PM processes.I led the implementation of Ariba Supplier Qualification Process (SCP), enhancing supplier onboarding and compliance checks for indirect procurement vendors, streamlining the procurement cycle.My leadership was key in driving the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) squad’s performance, facilitating agile delivery of user-requested enhancements. As part of the global design team, I was responsible for ECC-Ariba integration upgrades, ensuring seamless MRP and purchasing processes. This experience strengthened my ability to manage large-scale projects, navigate procurement challenges, and mentor teams.Additionally, I have hands-on experience managing the Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and VIM, developing custom mappings for procurement and invoice processing. Currently, I’m working on integrating Celonis with Ariba for process mining, aimed at refining the PTP process to improve efficiency and achieve \"First Time Right\"(FTR) outcomes. This initiative focuses on continuous process improvement and operational optimization.My leadership in strategic sourcing and indirect procurement has driven value across the organization, and I continue to enhance system functionality through ongoing analysis and SAP Ariba quarterly releases.
