I’ve always believed that healthcare is not just about medicine; it’s about people and their stories. My journey into this field began with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, igniting a passion that has only grown over the years. This adventure took me to Alembic Pharmaceuticals, where I spent over three years as a Medical Representative. It was here that I learned every sale isn’t just a number,it represents someone’s health and well-being.During my time at Alembic, I transitioned into Business Development Manager roles at both Alkem Laboratories Ltd. and Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited. At Alkem, I focused on creating impactful relationships within the healthcare community which led to a remarkable 25% growth in sales over two years by understanding the unique needs of local healthcare providers. At Emcure, I continued this approach by fostering connections with over 50 healthcare professionals, further enhancing our outreach.Currently, I\'m expanding my understanding of global healthcare systems as an MSc candidate in International Healthcare Management at Berlin School of Business & Innovation. This academic pursuit allows me to explore the intersection of technology and health an area I’m incredibly passionate about especially as digital health solutions become increasingly vital.When I\'m not immersed in work or studies, you might find me volunteering at local health initiatives or engaging with communities on wellness topics.
