ABOUT ROSHANAK SADEGHI-ZADEH
I’m not your average HR professional. Of course, I have strong writing skills, employee and labour relations, recruitment and training background. But I’m also a project manager, a community builder, and a team leader. My background, while extensive, isn’t traditional.In a nutshell, my passion for process improvement is coupled with a love for big-picture planning and daily operational management. I deliver change through practical and positive influence. As a change agent, I have a strong focus on coaching to remove barriers that hinder successful improvement initiatives. I’m not the HR Manager who just wants to manage tasks and traditional HR processes. I’m the HR leader who actually believes in the strategic role of HR in today\'s constant changing world and constantly looks for areas to align HR strategies with Business strategies—plan, ideate, and lead. This is what I do best and love.
