Primarily in charge of all scheduling related tasks for Blackwater Project for Artemis Gold (EPCC) and Eskay Creek Project for Skeena Resources Limited (EP).• Update resource loaded schedule on a weekly basis and provide weekly and monthly reports (internally and externally).• Review progress of engineering, procurement and construction activities with Discipline Leads, Design Manager and Procurement Manager on a weekly basis.• Review schedules of suppliers and contractors to align and update dates and progress in the Master Schedule.• Develop and maintain (weekly): o Progress S-curves/Earned Values/Performance Factors for project and per discipline o Key Project Milestones Table o Internal and External Dashboards o 3-Week Look Ahead Schedule o Project Longest Path Schedule o Critical Activities Schedule, as defined by the project• Update Change Notice Register for all changes to evaluate and track schedule and cost impact.• Attend regular and ad-hoc meetings internally (with Project Manager, Design Manager, Procurement Manger, Construction Manager and Design Leads) and externally (with Client, Suppliers and Contractors) to review the schedule and progress, and to collect / present schedule related inputs.
