Scope: Led the modernization and cloud-native development of CRM and Production Management system for Ford Motor Company by rearchitecting and deploying them on Azure, enabling scalable, high-performance applications aligned with enterprise cloud strategy.Responsibility- Collaborate with Architect, Dev Leads, QA, Business Analyst and SMEs /PM to define objectives, create project charter, create plans, scheduling and budget using MS Project, MS Visio and HP clarity & & Publish the baseline plan- Gather, document, and refine business requirements through interviews and workshops. Create user stories, and acceptance criteria- Create detailed plan utilizing SAFe Agile and Scrum framework in the form of Product Increments, Epics, Stories, Sprint and Kanban boards. Maintain a backlog of stories for the overall project- Groom the stories to make it ready for the sprint- Lead cross-functional teams across global locations and execute the project using agile ceremonies and create dashboards track the progress with KPIs- Identify risk and dependencies and deploy mitigation methods. Ensure change control for any scope or requirements changes- Use Earned Value to track expenses and take corrective actions to be within budget- Report to the management regularly and escalate key issues that need management intervention & & remove roadblocks- Plan for continuous improvement of the project using PI and sprint retrospectives.Achievements- Increase customer satisfaction score from 4 to 7- Decreased the vehicle recalls because of CI/CD config issues by ~36 %- Reduced the resource requirement for managing CRM and Production planning system by ~57 %- Reduced the test case development time by 40 %
