COMMISSIONING : Commissioned HVAC projects for educational facilities, laboratories, government & commercial buildings etc. with an emphasis on achieving & maximizing energy savings. • Energy saving strategies implemented for projects include: • Automatic scheduling of HVAC equipment • CO2 based Demand Control Ventilation • Condensing Boilers & Heat recovery wheels • Phoenix Valves for precision air control in labs etc. • Replacing outdated building automation controls with newer DDC systems such as Schneider EcoStruxure BMS CONTROLS & BMS : • Developed sequence of operations & points lists for Air Handlers, VAV boxes, Condensing Boilers etc • Tested & reviewed controls & building automation to ensure control sequences were implemented according to design; Analyzed trend logs to keep track of project performance. • Familiarity with building automation platforms such as Distech, Tridium, Automated Logic, Schneider Electric etc. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT : Assisted in the following • Condition assessment of exiting facilities • Identifying EEMs - Energy Efficiency Measures • Assessing Building Automation Systems; gathering of trend data etc. • Installing data loggers (Pendants & CTs) and export data to HOBOware CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT : • Assisted in management & coordination of sub contractors during construction phase. Acted as an engineering bridge between Design, Construction & Subs.
