In this capacity, in addition to domestic equity financings and M&A aggregating to several Billion USD, I navigated- debt financings, including a USD 1.2Bn Term Loan B- acquisitions of listed and unlisted corporations in the US, Europe, Singapore, and Australia- governmental and regulatory liaisoning and investigations, including with the RBI, MCA, MoF, ED, DGGI, CCI, ROC, MeitY, MoED, and CCPA- multi-jurisdictional litigation and dispute resolution across fora (courts, tribunals, arbitrations and mediations)- high profile global sponsorship and marketing partnerships including with FIFA, ICC, Lionel Messi, and BCCI- complex manufacturing, licensing, strategic partnership, intra-group, and consumer level contracts- mitigation of emerging legal and data risks (including involvement of minors); and- leadership/employee compensation and benefit structuring, ESOPs, and employee and corporate policy development.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a dedicated fitness and Muay Thai enthusiast; a certified scuba diver; and a dad to 2 rescued Huskies.Awarded BW Legal World 40under40 Achievers
