   After an incredible year of recruiting top talent for Entropik I have stepped into the shoes of an HR Generalist, managing the end-to-end spectrum of people operations.What does my day look like- Managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and maintaining HRMS records (Keka)- Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions- Driving employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and cultural programs- Facilitating organization-wide feedback mechanisms and surveys to boost morale and improve workplace culture- Overseeing asset management, supporting HR audits, and ensuring data accuracy across systems and records- Assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and SOPs aligned with evolving business needs- Built the entire sales function (SDR & AE teams) from scratch including hiring, onboarding, setting up performance metrics, and establishing key processes- Leading full-cycle recruitment (across Engineering and Non-Tech roles), closely partnering with the Cofounders to define role requirements and hiring plans- Developing and managing diverse talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
