I am a Placement Cell Coordinator at Model Engineering College, where I manage and oversee the placement and campus engagement initiatives with multiple companies. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering from the same institution. In my current role, I have effectively attracted new recruiters and cultivated stronger relationships with existing partners, ensuring equitable access to recruitment events for all students in both physical and virtual formats. I am passionate about connecting students with meaningful opportunities and empowering them to achieve their career goals. I value collaboration, diversity, and learning, and I am eager to bring my perspectives and experiences to a team that shares these values.
