I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Journalism from S M Shetty, and I am currently working as a Corporate Sales Manager at HDFC Life, one of the leading life insurance companies in India. I have over Eight years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong expertise in direct sales, team mentoring, and customer relationship management.As a Corporate Sales Manager, I handle the branches of HDFC Bank, meeting with the bank managers and cluster heads to discuss the strategy and update the contests rolling in the bank to help them achieve the target. I also train and groom the team of frontline sales leaders, and coordinate with the training team for process simplification. I have contributed to the revenue growth of the company by achieving the assigned targets and driving and monitoring all sales initiatives. I have also received recognition as a runner-up in premium collection for the year 20••••19. I am passionate about delivering value to the customers and the organization, and I am always eager to learn and improve my skills and knowledge. I believe that my journalism degree has given me a unique perspective and an edge in communicating effectively and persuasively with different stakeholders. I am looking forward to joining a dynamic and innovative team where I can leverage my skills and experience, and bring diverse insights and ideas to the table.
