ABOUT ROSH SELLAHEWA
I am currently an Associate Director at Deloitte, working in the Analytics and Modelling team where I run a £3m analytics portfolio across the Insurance & Investment Management spaces. My team use a variety of techniques and tools, such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel and DataIku, to provide bespoke analytics support for a variety of clients and problems. My role covers all aspects of the client data journey, from back end development and supervising a team of analysts, to presenting high-impact dashboards to clients and key stakeholders.I am also in charge of wellbeing for our 300-strong Analytics group, where I have helped create a positive and productive working environment that safeguards our staff.Outside of my Deloitte role I am also the chair of Finance & Audit at Woking College, and a data consultant to Kitche Ltd.I have a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Surrey. I also hold a 1st Class MPhys degree in Physics with Nuclear Astrophysics, also from the University of Surrey.
