ABOUT ROSH D.

I am a self-motivated, highly ambitious individual with the hunger to gain more knowledge, meet challenges and assimilate new concepts; in doing so learn and grow to progress efficiently up the corporate ladder. I pride myself on my integrity and strong work ethic, which assists in effective leadership and building strong relationships not only with customers/clients but also fellow colleagues. I can think on my feet with the ability to adapt to fast pace environments. I work well in a team but equally on my own initiative. My expertise derives from my professional experience in CRM operations, managing stakeholder expectations and data analysis. I have been extremely successful in managing and solving issues as well as providing support on projects, to markets and departments to assist in lead management, generation and sales. I aspire to climb the corporate ladder into senior management. I want to be in a business function which has more of an impact. A passion of mine aside from my professional experience would be - Change and Implementation; working on projects that have a cost saving incentive or improves business efficiency and profitability.
