I have over 4 years of Product Owner experience working on Digital applications at The Hartford Insurance. I currently manage the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) application where my priority is to deliver seamless online login and registration experiences while protecting the identities and data of our customers and business partners. This requires deep understanding of various user bases and the identity industry, which is often on the cutting edge of innovation.My previous Product Owner roles supported the digital applications used by The Hartford’s Business Insurance customers and brokers to service their accounts, where I focused on maximizing the digital channel with functionality that would delight users, increase adoption and reduce cost.I began my career in The Hartford’s Ops, Tech, Data and Analytics Leadership Development Program (OTDA LDP). In this 2-year rotational program, I experienced several roles in IT and data which allowed me to diversify my skillsets and subject matter expertise. I also led multiple inter-program side projects and participated in a robust professional development curriculum.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Connecticut, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020.
