About Rose Wasielewski
Multi-faceted professional who is values-driven and equity-minded. 15 years of professional experience within higher education, training, leadership & development, ed tech, and coaching. Main experience and skill-set includes: training and development; diversity and inclusion work; coaching and consulting; leadership, management, and supervision; creating and sustaining customer and staff engagement; and project management. My vision is a world where everyone has the access, equity, and acceptance they deserve as humans in order to reach our greatest potential. My mission is to serve others in a collaborative atmosphere in which I use relational and analytical problem-solving to further the goals and principles of equity, accessibility, and inclusion.Some key accomplishments- Co-founded two First Generation Employee Resource Groups (ERG)- Have personally coached or advised over students, professionals, and individuals- Created over 100+ training/development slide decks and have created training curriculum for over 1,500 through my career (and for groups up to 75 at once)- Facilitated and trained on a wide range of topics including: Unconscious Bias; Goal Setting; First Generation Advocacy; Behavior Change; Imposter Phenomenon & Stereotype Threat.
