A driven and energetic Programme and Governance Manager with 20+ Years’ experience working for market leading organisations in shaping and delivering a wide variety of transformation programmes and implementing portfolio governance structures. Highly people orientated, showing high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy to continually deliver against a backdrop of significant people, process, data or IT change projects. How will I deliver this? This, along with strong interpersonal skills, enables me to offer guidance and solutions within the governance infrastructure to maximise business outcomes within its confines. Deliver change and achieve my objectives while mentoring and training others to ensure that the correct methodology is followed with suitable, agreed programme governance applied and adhered to.
