ABOUT ROSE THURINGER

The only limits you have are the ones you set for yourself – These are words I live by both personally and professionally. I believe that you can achieve anything you put your mind to. I am first and foremost motivated by people. My peers would say I lead with a contagious enthusiasm and a positivity you would be hard-pressed to break! I enjoy building and managing teams, building strong relationships, and creating a fun, collaborative environment where we are all working towards a common purpose. I have experience in: • developing business strategy & executing on growth plans, including building new revenue streams to create long-term value; • building a sustainable business foundation including evaluating people, processes & technology to achieve operational effectiveness; • managing operational challenges & restructuring; • product strategy, development & go-to-market; • leading large, global, cross-functional teams; • providing customers with an exceptional experience, ensuring that each touchpoint is profound. I\'m also passionate about the outdoors - on my spare time you’ll find me in the mountains skiing, biking, or really any sport. I have visited 35+ countries to date and I enjoy meeting people from many backgrounds and learning about history & world cultures.
