My accomplishments include developing standardized training processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and spearheading major projects such as the redesign of Entry Level Training (ELT) through innovative distance learning approaches. By partnering with various departments and utilizing technology to support non-native English language learners, I ensure the delivery of exceptional training that maintains safety and operational excellence. I have also pioneered the Instructor Development and Recognition program, resulting in more effective and engaging training sessions.
