Facilitate technical discovery and requirements meetings. Develop Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents for project approval and delivery. Supervise User Acceptance Testing activities including script development, test runs, defect resolution and certification for production. Developed job aids and additional documentation to support project transfer to BAU.• Project lead for the implementation of Vena Solutions cloud based FP & A software to support BCBS 239 guidelines for Regulatory Reporting activities. Automated manual processes using Vena Workflow to request and submit regulatory data to electronic binder to Regulatory Authorities for report submission. The solution became the core tool to enhance control, facilitate a distributed work force, and provide internal consistency to change management. Delivered over 400 workflow templates to support Regulatory Reporting.• Implemented BA Academy for the MUFG BA Center of Excellence. Identified curriculum, determined certification requirements, and conducted all event planning. Contracted with vendors for training activities and other services for employee development.
