When it comes to preparing pension plans, you quickly learn there\'s a lot of giving and taking. Balancing the needs of employees with the desires of the businesses is no easy feat, but through critical analysis, clear communication and careful consideration, everyone can walk away satisfied and set up for success.As a Senior Pension and Benefits leader, I’m a highly-motivated learner with a passion for problem-solving and desire to help others. I pride myself on being able to make decisions that balance the needs of employees while aligning with the priorities of the business.Serving brands like Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws and No Frills, requires more than just the ability to think strategically. Each company comes with its own set of policies and standards that must be upheld. That\'s where I come in. Through in-depth research and analysis, I can pinpoint issues and develop comprehensive, enterprise-focused roadmaps to solve the problems.
