Source, evaluate, and recommend potential candidates to fill current and future vacancies throughout the organization.Support hiring needs for multiple clinical licensed positions. Create a diverse pipeline of internal and external candidates for current and future positions. Use sourcing tools such as on-line job boards, job fairs, community events and partnerships with universities to develop external candidate streams.Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle from identification of need through sourcing of talent and interviewing to closing / making an offer. Meets with the hiring manager to conduct a needs analysis, recommending candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers with candidates, and partnering with the Onboarding team to successfully hire the candidate in order to start on targeted start date.
