As a former IRS Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience, I am uniquely skilled at managing complex tax controversies and other sensitive interactions with the IRS, using strategic solutions. Every tax controversy is unique. I bring my working relationships, credibility, and familiarity with tax agency teams and decision makers across the country to the table when helping clients identify and resolve international and domestic tax issues. Over the years, I led the efforts which significantly impact Large Business & International taxpayers to include: Compliance Campaign process, new partnership audit procedures (BBA), Redesign of CAP, Voluntary Disclosure Programs, Global Settlement Initiatives, Industry Issue Resolution matters, and participation in numerous ADR strategies (e.g. Pre-Filing Agreements, Fast Track Settlement, Early Referral to Appeals, and use of Delegation Orders 4-24 and 4-25) to reduce tax risk and increase tax certainty for taxpayers.
