ABOUT ROSEMARY JACKSON KC
After 30+ years in practice as a construction barrister, am now a full time mediator and conciliator. I mediate domestic and international commercial disputes including, but not limited to, construction and engineering disputes. I have recently mediated and co-mediated disputes between up to 10 parties, with claims up to US$2bn, often case-managing a structured process over weeks or months, leading up to the mediation itself. Increasingly I find that parties seek some kind of evaluative process but it is very important to find the right balance of facilitation and evaluation for the particular dispute.
