I specialize in the area of trusts and estates litigation, with an emphasis on high value and complex disputes relating to testamentary devises and fiduciary obligations. I represent trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in all estate and trust related matters, including contested wills and trusts, fiduciary accountings, conflict of interest transactions, and duties of care and prudent administration, and the interpretation and reformation of testamentary instruments. I have been involved in a number of multifaceted and high-value cases, and have substantive experience as lead counsel at trial and on appeal. I also have extensive experience representing diverse clients in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, including breach of contract disputes, fiduciary duty claims, business torts and fraudulent conveyances.My clients appreciate that I am always focused on the big picture and their specific and tangible goals.
