As Head of CRS, I am responsible for ElectraLink’s Cost Recovered Services (CRS) business, covering the suite of services within the Energy Market Datahub (EMDH), are being delivered efficiently and effectively (and within the published business plan). • Undertake market research and deliver market transformation scanning and identifying and prioritising industry changes that impact ElectraLink including relevant international change / market development• Delivery of the CRS budget across ElectraLink cost centres to match the plan for forecasted revenue recovery • Delivery of the Data Integration Services P&L - targeted on profit• Creation and execution of a stakeholder engagement plan that will deliver a stronger relationship with decision makers and users of cost recovered services• Work with the product management and the change delivery teams to review and agree product developments that will add value to stakeholders
