International expert in climate reporting under the the Paris Agreement, developing climate plans, and tracking actions and targets, with a PhD in low carbon futures. Worked internationally for over 15 years, providing support, advice, technical assistance and capacity building to all levels of governments and stakeholders around the world. Work spans both domestic and international climate purposes, including developing and reporting Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), Long Term Strategies (LTSs), MRV/Transparency requirements including Biennial Update Reports (BURs)/Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs), national GHG inventories (GHGIs), National Communications (NCs). Provide technical support, knowledge leadership, and develop guidance and resources to support countries for a wide range of clients including the NDC Partnership, World Bank, ADB, GIZ, UNDP, FCDO, ICAT, philanthropics and NGOs. Also an international expert in subnational/nonstate actor climate action, supporting over 40 global cities, states and regions and working with C40, GCoM, CDP, Urban Transitions Mission and World Bank. Passionate about accelerating implementation of commitments under COP28’s CHAMP commitment.Selected projects include technical lead for the NDC Partnership and NDC 3.0 Navigator (https://ndcnavigator.org/) to strengthen their 2025 NDC submissions; technical partner lead on C40\'s \'CAP Africa\' programme on climate action planning for 9 sub-Saharan African cities; international support lead for the Government of Vietnam\'s national GHG inventory system; team leader for Namibia\'s NDC Implementation Strategy and Action plan; team lead for a LT-LEDs roadmap and recommendations for Jordan and GHG lead for Bahrain\'s LTS stocktake; project director for ICAT Malawi support on NDC tracking frameworks.
