Responsible for the full lifecycle management of U.S government contracts, including Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), ECAT, MSPV, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Ensures compliance with applicable federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), company policies and contract requirements. Works cross-functionally with sales, legal finance, logistics and compliance teams to support contract performance, drive revenue growth and mitigate risk.• Draft, review and negotiate complex government contracts, including Federal Supply Schedule, ECAT & Blank Purchase Agreements.• Conduct periodic reviews of our Federal Supply Schedule & ECAT contract; calculate required government pricing, organize additions, deletions and modifications/revisions through contracting officers.• Ensure HuFriedyGroup’s compliance in accordance with government contracts. Manage contract/agreement renewals and Customer audits; work with internal and external customers as well as cross-functionally throughout the organization with key impacted roles and departments.• Develop appropriate documentation and write bid specifications and/or narrative as required to earn sales for the government market.• Utilize reporting capabilities to provide stakeholders with key insights to the business, industry and competitive market landscape; contribute to the development and implementation of profitable and sustainable revenue management growth strategies and projects.• Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems through appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
