About Rose Whelan
I focus my legal practice on estate planning for parents. As the mother of two young children, I understand how important it is for parents to know that their children will be taken care of if anything happens to them. I founded Whelan Law PLLC to provide parents with a convenient and approachable path to peace of mind.I began my legal career working at large international law firms where I represented prominent corporate clients in high-stakes litigation. During this time, I developed the commitment to excellence and client service that I bring to my estate planning practice today. After more than 10 years in Big Law, I decided to go back to school and earn an advanced legal degree, L.L.M, in Estate Planning and Elder Law to refocus my practice and dedicate myself to helping families prepare for the future.
