Assisting dean of students to receive, address and make referrals to the relevant authority where need be all students complaints.• As a Warden, I always assist the dean of students to undertake student’s guidance and counselling as well as keep records of students related filed complains • Coordinating and undertake academic advice for students in respective hall of residence in collaboration with academic adviser• Ensure proper allocation of student in hostels and availabilities of necessary amenities and security of students• Issues permit to students who may experience emergencies that need absences from the campus for some days• Takes care of student’s welfare and ensures that the sick is urgently treated and taking care of satisfactory• Ensure that institute by-laws and regulations guiding the student’s life in hall of residence are observed. And takes necessary action where such by-laws and regulations are violated.
