Highly trusted project manager, field operations leader, and creative problem solver passionate about unifying people, ideas, and processes. Experienced in strategy implementation, portfolio management, and team leadership while implementing programs supporting community engagement, marketing, youth engagement, behavior change communication, resource mobilization, and social inclusion. I’ve had much success managing and leading diverse teams, collaborating with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring clients’ needs are always met. I have put considerable effort into establishing positive working relationships and building and maintaining a high level of trust. Implemented School re-entry intervention (Step-up Project) in Homabay County in partnership with the Population Council Organisation and Homabay County Government. Implemented in their Hand Project in partnership with Triggered Organisation and Counties in eight Counties. Through the various strategies employed, the Coastal community grew awareness and uptake of Sexual and Reproductive health information and services by 31% according to the end of project evaluation. MY NEXT STEPS: I will be seeking a new role as a Public Health professional, Data Analysis, Research, Project Manager, or Project Leader.
