I work alongside public bodies, companies, individuals and organisations, locally to the North West, nationally and internationally. I offer extensive experience in the property market to assist those I work with through the full range of Commercial Real Estate Legal Services:• Development, Residential and Commercial;• Leases;• Real Estate Asset Management; • Property Finance, and • Acquisition and Disposal of PropertyIncluding transactions with specific operational requirements or sensitivity.I love to work in close collaboration to understand needs, not only on a transactional and operational basis but also with an eye to the big picture and the next steps.
