ABOUT ROSE MCDONALD

I am passionate and driven to help individuals and their organisations achieve their return on objectives (ROO) and return on investment (ROI) which are always agreed at the outset. I recently qualified as a Counsellor so that I can offer workplace counselling in the Hospitality sector ( face to face and online). I truly want to help people find the support they need to stay well whether this be in a personal or professional capacity. I have an extensive background in operations, events, sales, marketing and revenue management and a genuine passion for the Hospitality Industry and customer service. I am self-motivated with an excellent ability to motivate others and communicate comfortably at all levels. I relish working closely within a team or on a 1:1 basis, delivering the highest standards of business relationships with my customers. I have worked within various types of hotels, venues and venue finding agencies and have previously consulted and collaborated with many industry professionals to help raise standards in our industry in sales, marketing, revenue management and operations. Outside of work you can find me listening to music, laughing to comedy, going to concerts and theatre shows and watching films and I\'m currently in a volunteer counselling work placement.
