Rose Marie David is excited in her current role as a Retail Sales Exec at CMG. The opportunity resulted from the CMG acquisition of Homebridge Financial’s retail division in 2023. Her first love & passion is serving Sales! The collaborative culture and leading edge platform at CMG are providing her the strongest environment she’s experienced in 4 decades to serve Sales and support growth. At Homebridge, she co-led over the Top 25 IMB’s Retail sales, operations, training, recruiting, and marketing. Ms. David came to Homebridge in June 2019 as part of their acquisition of the retail home loan center business of HomeStreet Bank, where she served as Director of Mortgage Lending and led them to be the #1 purchase market share holder in 2017 in the tri-state NW. She has been in the industry for more than 30 years and has worked in many aspects of mortgage banking along the way, including owning her own mortgage brokerage. As a former underwriter and $100M originator, she understands the needs of the customer, the originator, and fulfillment to deliver excellence. Regardless of her role, the common denominator has always been her love and passion for the people she\'s privileged to serve every day. Ms. David is the current WMBA Chair and in prior years has served on the national MBA Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and participated in advisory boards for FNMA, Freddie Mac, Ellie Mae, ICE and Xinnix. She received a Housing Wire Vanguard award in 2018.
