Develop, facilitate, and promote trainings focused on sexual misconduct, discrimination, implicit bias, survivor centered/trauma informed responses, diversity-equity-inclusion, and violence prevention. Coordinate and collaborate with on-campus and off-campus partners to provide education and training to ensure constituents understand the meaning of cultural competency, become aware of their implicit biases that may affect their decisions, and understanding the complexities of sexual violence, societal myths and stereotypes that prevent the decrease and elimination of sexual assault, discrimination and equity. Provide, facilitate and manage educational workshops and trainings for the Division of Academic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
