   When building the LBI MVP in 2017, I transformed a series of in-person salon conversations into a scalable digital media hub designed to advance women economically through technology, storytelling, and community infrastructure.I provided strategic consultancy to small and mid-sized enterprises, guiding them in the innovative and authentic use of digital media, tech tools, and narrative strategy. At the core was a clear belief: Human Intelligence fuels Artificial Intelligence. If AI learns from us, then women’s digital voices must be intentional, visible, and economically leveraged.I conceptualized and executed the shift from free, in-person programming to a revenue-generating digital platform grounded in community engagement and resource sharing. This included structured operational systems, equity-centered curriculum design, and the launch of scalable events and cohorts.I led strategic partnerships, sponsorship cultivation, grant writing, and scholarship initiatives to fund and expand the ecosystem. Through empathic leadership and disciplined execution, I built a women-forward digital resource hub rooted in intersectional equity, participatory growth, and economic advancement.LBI became the first blueprint for what would later evolve into a broader global infrastructure for women-led collaboration and economic scale.
