Springs (98K sqft,$134M), Electrical Power Substation, OH (FE,$3M), new Claims Service Center in Columbus, OH ($3.5M), reno of an existing facility - Auditorium & Video/Edit Suites (19K sqft,$3.1M), new call center and parking garage added to an existing site in OH ($36.7M), and reno of an existing facility - Office, Training & Print Facility (188K sqft,$ 22.8M).
