With a background in Cultural Anthropology, TV and media, I am committed to helping the world feel more heard and connected through a blend of cutting edge science and ancient wisdom. When this happens, people naturally grow and become more confident, fulfilled, and stronger in the world.With a mission to support diverse cultures thriving on purpose, I\'ve supported hundreds of experts, business leaders, and individual contributors from Los Angeles, California, to Paris, France, to be more fully, and skillfully themselves. I believe this is one way I can nurture a thriving and more beautiful world, one day, one team, one conversation at a time. For the last several years, I have the privilege of doing this in collaboration with a team of incredible talent at Gallup where we continuously learn and practice this approach ourselves, then equip and train our client partners to be clearer communicators, discover and develop their strengths, and forge more engaged teams around a common vision.
