Responsible to work with Key Senior Business Leaders developing and implementing market, product, and distribution strategy to support profitable growth for Chubb’s Accident & Health Division, in addition to managing Chubb Travel Assistance Program by working closely with Travel Assistance partners to engage in operational success, quickly resolve case escalations, and ensuring optimal customer experience in efforts to drive and maintain business growth in each product/segment • Lead in strategizing and implementing a refreshed Travel Assistance Service by updating and renegotiating Service Agreements with vendors to market and company standards, enhancing current policy documents (e.g. policy fulfillments and ID cards) including marketing collaterals, and maintaining vendor relationships • Assist with management of product development initiatives, from feasibility analysis to product launch for assigned products/segments by analyzing business requirements, estimate time/resources, and develop contingencies for critical path items to complete the new product development • Collaboratively working with affiliate areas (e.g. Communications, Production and Implementation Support, Filing & Regulatory Compliance Team) to help design and draft product deliverables, implement product-related compliance directives, and maintain product/market/program tools • Developing product definition to ensure product and risk appetite alignment, in order to meet business objectives • Conduct competitive and market research by generating benchmark analysis regarding competitor product, performance, market position, and digital offerings
