I struggle when people ask me what I do for a living, as I usually just say \"private equity\" to keep the conversation moving. For those who are more curious, here\'s my life summed up in a series of bullet points:Recently acquired DockBuilders.com & SouthBayStorage.com.I lend money via AltOpX.com. Mainly private asset-backed transactions in the state of FL. Launched GetTrim.com, selling Semaglutide and Tirzepatide across the USA during the FDA shortage. All products manufactured here locally in Tampa.I earned my ops badge in the early days running BarProducts.com. My track record as an operator, combined with my hard money lending, has morphed into a niche consulting enterprise. Helping biz owners out of a pickle is something I enjoy.Early search funder 5+ yrs ago, acquiring & operating various businesses: dumpster rental, screen door manufacturing, Amazon DSP. Old school economy businesses are the most underrated asset class out there. Banging my head against the wall as an operator is what I\'m best at, and love to do.Started a HoldCo before it was a thing. Opportunistic investor/developer of lots of random things: entitlement RE plays, MMJ, hospitality, professional sports & more. I\'ve parlayed my business exits into various alternative investments. Some are winners, others are massive losers.Partner in the world famous 2001 Odyssey strip club, Mons Venus & Riveters Tampa. The one w/ the spaceship on the roof. I\'ve got some of the greatest partners on earth, guys who run the club while I sleep, and run it the right way. Acquired the original Lucky Dill Deli in Palm Harbor, FL.
