I am a Chemist with a Master\'s degree in Science (Analytical Chemistry) and a PhD in Materials Engineering with more than 20 years of exceptional experience, contributing to the success of projects in various companies through my in-depth theoretical knowledge and my ability to apply it to practical situations. I have worked for several years with lubricants and industrial fluids (petroleum-based, biobased, and synthetic), biodiesel, biopolyol, and quenchants at a hermetic compressor manufacturer, lubricants manufacturer, and in academic area. My advanced knowledge focuses on developing, evaluating, and approving suitable chemicals for new and existing applications, conducting and providing technical support for the chemical stability/reactivity of fluids, lubricants, and polymers. Additionally, I have worked extensively on the chemical and material characterizations (metals and polymers) through thermal analysis, chromatography, spectroscopy, and microscopy.Beyond my technical skills, I am considered a professional with problem-solving skills, critical thinking, goal-oriented, and an excellent communicator by my managers/partners and myself. I also possess leadership skills, managing teams in Quality Control and Product Development, focusing on achieving sustainable results and developing people\'s talents.Along my professional journey, I have demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. While my primary focus has been on lubricants and quenching, I am eager to expand and embrace new scientific domains.
