I have been working for several years in the field of human resources, both in engineering companies and multinational service providers. During my professional career I have held various roles: training manager, HR Business Partner, international mobility manager. My experience is related to the management of selection processes, organization and in particular staff training. I have directly managed several teams and taken care of all the activities related to budgets and suppliers. I have perfected my linguistic and cultural knowledge of English and German, utilising these skills in several international projects.
