I am an equity-driven educator, systems thinker, leader, and advocate for historically underserved communities, with a deep commitment to multilingual learners and students with disabilities. I currently serve as the principal of a diverse K–8 school in Northern Manhattan, where I focus on instructional equity, staff development, and schoolwide systems that support inclusive, high-impact teaching and learning.A proud graduate of New York City public schools, I bring over 15 years of experience across the NYC DOE, including roles as a district math coach, curriculum writer, and founding teacher.
