I specialise in financial remedy and private children work (including international children)- Claims pursuant to the MCA- Schedule one and TOLATA settlements- Relief under Part of the MFPA 84- Leave to remove children permanently from the jurisdiction- Child arrangements orders, parental responsibility and transfers of residence- Hague summary proceedings and non-Hague abductions proceedingsI also have a niche practice in CMS proceedings and have represented clients or advised them on appeals in the first and second tier tribunals. This ties in with my financial remedies work where I am often instructed in Schedule one proceedings.
