I have over twenty years of leadership experience in Healthcare and the Finance industry and have built an esteemed reputation by achieving positive outcomes. At Banner Health in Arizona, I led the patient experience strategy for two hospitals, several clinics, Home Health, Hospice, and Home Medical Equipment and achieved some of the highest HCAHPS scores in the nation. I also led a system team of highly effective recruiters and onboarders who filled over 900 positions with nine months to open a new tower and brought down our overall open positions to a record low by implementing quality of hire tactics and new selection and hiring strategies.
