This is a health education series presented by West Michigan\'s professionals on subjects related to: What Difference Does Nutrition Make? My favorite topic to lecture on is Brain/Body Health Nutrition and Toxins. It is an hour packed scientific and common sense informational talk on what we all need to know to stay well. I also lecture on fitness and nutrition and Vertical Growing. Tower Gardens are aeroponic vertical, easy and fast growing gardens that can feed your family in 3 feet of space, without soil. I own two and grow year round outdoors with sun then indoors with growing lights. No experience needed.
