ABOUT ROSA LÜBBE

I’m a UX Designer with a background in film-making. I’ve always focused on delivering entertaining content that is tailored to my customers. This user-centric philosophy and the deep wish to improve digital products are what led me to user experience design. My background in image film production has taught me how to address users’ pain points and present appealing solutions that fit within brand guidelines and that work for a brought audience. I offer: Years of experience in project management A lot of knowledge in working for different kinds of clients, employers, and end-users Good practice in working with agile frameworks in a multi-national team A lot of self-motivation Excellent interviewing expertise The ability to quickly teach myself new technical skills and keep up with visual trends An open mind that likes to adapt new ideas A deep curiosity for different industries and people Sound copywriting/UX writing skills German as mother-tongue and very good knowledge of English My key UX skills include: User research and business requirements (competitor analysis, user interviews, data analysis) Information architecture and sitemap creation User flows Design documentation and presentation Iterative wireframing and prototyping Usability, A/B, and preference testing Developer Handoff Figma, Sketch, Invision, Balsamiq, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite Empathizing with people, bringing the team together, and delivering convincing products has always been my job. Now, I’m looking forward to adapting my skills to designing user experiences that have a positive impact on people’s lives and make digital products easier and more intuitive to use. I’m excited to start a new challenge in the local tech industry in Berlin from November 2022 on, after my maternity leave.
