At heart, I’m a servant leader and strategic relationship builder—a strategic and futuristic leader who operates as an activator, connector, and catalyst, bringing the right people, systems, and ideas together to turn vision into action.Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with employers, counties, higher education, K–12, County Offices of Education, and public leaders to design and scale workforce solutions that work. My focus is on building sustainable, people-centered pathways through apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, internships, work-based learning, on-the-job training, and talent pipeline development that truly serve students, employers, and communities.With over 20 years of experience in workforce development and business solutions consulting, I bring strong relationship-building skills, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and a practical, outcomes-driven approach to leadership. I’m a Professional Master Trainer for NCCER, a state presenter, classroom instructor, and facilitator of motivational leadership and strategy workshops.I’m energized by innovation—especially integrating AI and emerging technologies to strengthen workforce systems, modernize talent pipelines, and support student success in an ever-evolving economy.Currently, I also serve on three California State IACA committees (IT/Cybersecurity, Homeless & Foster Youth, and the California Youth Apprenticeship Committee) and sit on the Board of the Perris Valley Chamber of Commerce.I believe meaningful impact happens at the intersection of people, purpose, and possibility—and I’m always open to collaboration that builds pathways to economic mobility and lasting change.
